Poor quality and looks nothing like the picture
"This is probably the worst item to have ever bought from Disturbia. First of all, the dress looks nothing like the picture. It's flat and full of static so it has NO volume on the layers. The layers are not fully tulle, it starts with fabric so you can see where the pattern layers starts because you can see the black fabric's edges. The materials smells like a cheap plastic , feels like a cheap costume and is extremely scratchy. It feels extremely cheap. When I saw cheap, I mean it feels like a plastic COSTUME, not a dress. I've bought halloween costumes with better quality. It's truly appalling how CHEAP and POOR quality this dress is. Returning this. I was so excited to wear this for a wedding, and I've never been more disappointed in a clothing item."
