I was a little worried about the length, since I’m on the shorter side—162 cm. But I needn’t have worried; the coat reaches mid-calf. I usually order a UK8 for dresses, so I ordered the coat in the same size. It fits perfectly."

"I am unbelievably disappointed. The comments from the sizes run big, my coat was delivered to someone else without warning (email, SMS. . . ) and when I managed to get and open it, it was covered in white fur. The worst expirience so far."
"Ordered using their size chart, but this item (along with a second product in the same order) was far too big. Since international exchanges aren't allowed, the only option I was given was to return them at my own expense and reorder with full shipping fees again. On top of that, the original promo code had ended, meaning I was expected to pay a higher price plus double shipping just to get the right size. Customer service refused to honor the original price or assist in any way. Copy-pasting generic replies to negative reviews like "we hear you and are working to improve" is just lip service. Take real accountability through your actions, not empty words."
"I was looking for a new trench coat to wear during spring and autumn and this one was just perfect for me. I love the embroidery with the skull flowers, it's so chic! The quality is also very good, 100% cotton and very comfortable to wear. The only thing that would make it perfect would have been if it was waterproof. I just advise you take a size smaller mostly if you don't want to wear thick layer under it. Otherwise it is perfect!"

I am size 16 and there is plenty of room to wear a thick jumper! And the bonus for me, I redeemed some of my points, so it was more affordable :) What is it not to love?"
"This Trench is so beautiful. I bought it for everyday wear and it’s almost too good. It is so well made out of quality fabrics. The lining is incredible with an artful pattern on it. This is an above and beyond well constructed item of clothing designed to last. The fittings are quality too. For the price I paid, it was a bargain. I’m more than over the moon with my new Trench Coat. I love the references to Edgar Allan Poe as well. 🖤🦇🖤"
"I have been looking for a nice trenchcoat for so long and this one is just perfect. The fabric is very nice, it seems sturdy and can resist some rain. The embroidery is beautiful and subtle with the black yarn on black fabric. Sizing is also fitting, slightly loose as I like outerwear to be."
